The Workers’ Compensation Group concentrates in the area of defending employers in workers’ compensation cases. Attorneys in this group represent numerous employers, insurance carriers, and self-insured funds. In addition, Fred Fohrell has served as Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Alabama State Bar Association and regularly speaks at workers’ compensation seminars throughout Alabama.
